Discovery & Strategy

Week 1

Before we touch a single design tool, we learn everything about your business. We run a structured discovery session covering your positioning, target audience, competitive landscape, and brand aspirations. This session produces a written Brand Strategy Brief that guides every creative decision that follows — so nothing is arbitrary.

Creative Direction

Week 2

Based on the strategy, we develop 2–3 distinct creative directions. Each direction is presented as a mood board showing visual style, color philosophy, typography approach, and tone of voice. You choose the direction that feels most true to your brand — or we combine elements from multiple directions.

Identity Design

Week 3–4

This is where the brand comes to life. We design your primary logo and all its variations, establish your color system with exact values, select and pair your typography, and develop the supporting visual elements that make a brand system — not just a logo. Every element is tested across real-world applications.

Refinement

Week 4–5

You review the work and share feedback. We refine. Depending on your package, you have 1–6 revision rounds to ensure everything feels exactly right. We don't rush this phase — a brand you're not 100% proud of is a brand that won't be used consistently.

Delivery & Handover

Week 5–6

Final delivery includes every file you'll ever need, in every format: AI, EPS, SVG, PNG (transparent and white background), and PDF.
