Stay n'Jug approached Titan Solutions at a pivotal moment — they had a genuinely great product, a beautiful collection of vacation apartments in Albania, but a brand that wasn't communicating it. Operating in a market with growing international tourism but limited local digital infrastructure, they were invisible to the exact guests they wanted to attract: English-speaking travellers looking for a premium, authentic Albanian experience.

The brief was clear but ambitious: build everything from scratch. There was no existing brand identity worth preserving, no website driving bookings, and no social media presence speaking to international guests. The business needed to go from zero to credible in a market where first impressions are formed entirely online — before a guest ever sets foot on Albanian soil.

What made this project particularly interesting was the balance required. Stay n'Jug needed to feel premium enough to compete with international hospitality brands, while authentically celebrating the local character that made it unique. Generic hospitality branding would have missed the point entirely. The identity needed to tell a story that was specific to Albania, specific to this team, and specific to this experience — while remaining immediately legible to international visitors.

Stay n'Jug approached Titan Solutions at a critical growth moment. Operating in Albania's rapidly developing hospitality market, they had a genuinely excellent product — warm hospitality, unique local character, and a loyal repeat customer base. But their brand was letting them down. Generic visual identity, an outdated website, and zero social media presence meant they were invisible to the international travellers that were their biggest growth opportunity.

The brief was ambitious: build a brand identity that could hold its own against international chains while celebrating what made Stay n'Jug authentically local. Then build a website that could convert international visitors. Then build a social media presence that could grow that audience organically.

We started with a brand strategy session that identified Stay n'Jug's core positioning: authentic Albanian hospitality for the internationally minded traveller. From that strategic foundation, we built a visual identity that felt premium but genuinely local — warm colours, confident typography, and visual elements drawn from Albanian culture rather than generic hospitality clichés.

The website was built around one primary conversion goal: direct bookings. We removed every friction point between a visitor landing on the site and completing a booking. Performance was optimised for international visitors on mobile connections. SEO was built around the exact search terms international travellers use when planning trips to Albania.

Social media was launched simultaneously with the rebrand — authentic content showing the real Stay n'Jug experience, targeted at the international travel community.

We began with a discovery phase that went deeper than most hospitality projects — understanding not just the apartments themselves, but the culture, the landscape, and the experience Stay n'Jug was genuinely offering. This informed every visual and verbal decision that followed: a warm, confident brand palette that drew from Albanian landscape tones, a typeface system that balanced modernity with warmth, and a name treatment that felt premium without being cold.

The website was built with one primary goal: drive direct bookings. We structured the information architecture around the guest decision journey — from 'what is this place?' through 'why should I trust it?' to 'how do I book?'. We optimised page load performance specifically for international visitors on mobile connections, integrated with their booking system, and built in the trust signals that convert first-time international visitors: clear reviews, photography-first layout, and transparent pricing.

For social media, we developed a content strategy built around aspirational destination content that positioned Albania as an emerging travel destination rather than an unknown one. By creating content that was genuinely shareable — beautiful landscape photography, authentic local culture, honest guest stories — we grew their Instagram following to 2,800 in three months without any paid promotion.

SEO work focused on capturing international travel search terms relevant to Albania, combined with local hospitality schema markup that helped Google understand and surface the business correctly. The combination of organic social and search work meant Stay n'Jug was discoverable across multiple channels simultaneously — multiplying the effect of each individual effort.
